Ingredients:
Mixed sprouts (I used a mix of home made spicy sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, clover, mustard and radish), and store bought mixed crunchy sprouts (lentils and peas), basically the more the merrier)
Julienned carrot
Julienned capsicum
Finely sliced red cabbage
Finely sliced red onion
Black sesame seeds
Spicy tahini dijon dressing
